I was born and raised in Fairmont, West Virginia. After college and law school in Pittsburgh, I lived several years in San Diego, California and then spent time in Botswana as a Peace Corps volunteer. It was there that I met my wife Theresa. After our service, we moved back to Morgantown, settled down and started a family. We have two children, Jonah and Nora and we live in the Woodburn area of Morgantown.
